“[…] In the context of clinical cohort digitalization, our protocols need to be robust, highly reproducible and automatable. When processing plasma samples, we regularly used ENRICH-iST since it fulfilled all our requirements. We recently evaluated the newly released ENRICHplus kit from PreOmics. In our hands, the identification of proteins with the ENRICHplus kit clearly outperformed the standard ENRICH-iST. We also transferred both protocols to the Opentrons FLEX and found that automation was easily feasible with both kits."
