PreOmics GmbH takes back the old electrical equipment it has delivered to its customers for professional disposal/recycling under the following conditions.
Our customers will not incur any further costs for the professional disposal/recycling of the old electrical appliances by us if the following conditions are complied with, with the exception of the logistics costs mentioned below.
Old electrical appliances will only be taken back by PreOmics GmbH in their original state of delivery. We do not take back individual parts from delivered devices or devices with additionally installed components. Unauthorized returned goods / components will be returned at the expense of the customer.
The costs incurred, such as transport, processing, etc., shall be borne by the customer.
The customer shall bear all transport costs, customs clearance costs, import duties and other logistical ancillary costs in connection with the return of old electrical equipment and shall organise the return of the old electrical equipment independently.
PreOmics GmbH will have the old electrical equipment taken back disposed of at its own expense in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions or reserves the right to recycle the old electrical equipment taken back for its own purposes.
The equipment to be returned to the disposal company must be decontaminated by the last user if it has come into contact with potentially infectious material. A decontamination certificate must be attached.
Every owner of a device is obliged to pass on this information in the event of sale or transfer.

Die PreOmics GmbH nimmt die von ihr an seine Kunden gelieferten Elektro-Altgeräte zur fachgerechten Entsorgung/Weiterverwertung unter den nachstehenden Bedingungen zurück.
Unseren Kunden entstehen bei Einhaltung der nachstehenden Bedingungen, außer den u. g. Logistikkosten, keine weiteren Kosten für die fachgerechte Entsorgung/Weiterverwertung der Elektro-Altgeräte durch uns.
Elektro-Altgeräte werden von der PreOmics GmbH nur in ihrem ursprünglichen Auslieferungszustand zurück genommen. Wir nehmen keine Einzelteile aus gelieferten Geräten bzw. Geräte mit zusätzlich eingebauten Komponenten zurück. Unberechtigt eingesandte Waren/Komponenten senden wir zu Lasten des Kunden zurück. Die anfallenden Kosten wie z.B. Transport, Bearbeitung, etc. trägt der Kunde.
Der Kunde hat alle im Zusammenhang mit der Rücksendung von Elektro-Altgeräten stehenden Transportkosten, Verzollungskosten, Einfuhrabgaben und sonstigen logistischen Nebenkosten selbst zu tragen und die Rücksendung der Elektro-Altgeräte eigenständig zu organisieren.
Die PreOmics GmbH wird die zurück genommenen Elektro-Altgeräte gemäß den jeweils geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen auf seine Kosten entsorgen lassen bzw. behält sich das Recht vor, zurück genommene Elektro-Altgeräte zu eigenen Zwecken zu verwerten.
Die an den Entsorger zurückzugebenden Geräte sind vom Letztverwender zu dekontaminieren, falls sie mit potenziell infektiösem Material in Berührung gekommen sind. Eine Dekontaminationsbescheinigung ist beizufügen.
Jeder Besitzer eines Gerätes ist verpflichtet, diese Informationen bei Verkauf oder Überlassung weiterzugeben.
